Hasan is the founder of The Belonging Institute, where he brings over 15 years of experience in executive coaching, organizational development, and leadership transformation to help individuals and organizations cultivate meaningful cultures of belonging. A recognized leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Hasan's work centers on empowering people to show up authentically, build deeper connections, and lead with empathy and intention.

Throughout his career, Hasan has partnered with senior executives and global organizations to design and implement strategies that embed belonging at the core of workplace culture. His human-centered approach blends professional coaching with practical tools and experiences that drive awareness, foster inclusion, and inspire action.

Previously, Hasan held senior leadership roles at global organizations including Meta and EY, where he led large-scale DEIB initiatives impacting thousands of employees worldwide. His innovative contributions have earned him industry recognition, including DEI Innovator of the Year and DEIB Leader of the Year honors.
